“Casa de Muñecas” is located by the lake Nahuel Huapi, at kilometre 23,400 Exequiel Bustillo Avenue.
Beatriz, painter, and Conrado, chemical engineer and clock maker, live there surrounded by flowers and love with their daughters Eileen and Lia, also painters.
The family De Monte creates porcelain dolls and electronic and mechanical clocks with exclusive designs since 1985.
The dolls are hand-painted, and their handcrafted clothes, which are made of silk, cotton and antique lace edging, are inspired in costumes from different historical periods.
The clocks, made from select, natural and lacquered hardwoods, oak of eslavonia, cancharana and larch, with beveled glasses and hand-painted, recreate the flora and the fauna of the National Park Nahuel Huapi.
To enter "Casa de Muñecas" is a pleasure of the grown-ups and the whim of the children; to get immersed in a world of fantasies and
to let yourself go.
